Shipping policy

Made to order.
Every HOMS piece is printed when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. You'll get a tracking email the moment it leaves the facility.

Shipping rates.
United States: $4.95 flat, any order size.

Delivery estimates (after production, not from the order date):

• United States — 4–6 business days

Where your order ships from.
HOMS prints through a distributed production network rather than a single warehouse, so your order is made and shipped from whichever facility is closest to you. There is no single point of origin, and we don't control which facility takes a given order.

Shipping destinations.
HOMS currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Available destinations and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.

Delays.
Delivery windows above are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, customs processing and weather can push an order past its estimate. If your order is materially late or tracking has stopped moving, email hello@homs.clothing and we'll chase it.

Wrong address.
Check your shipping address before you submit — once production starts we usually can't change it. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was undeliverable, we'll reship it once you confirm a corrected address; reshipping is at your cost.

Lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and it isn't there, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and we'll make it right.
